Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Ora (the "Platform"), operated by Oryon Labs Corp ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

Description of Service

Ora is an event discovery and ticketing platform that enables users to discover events, purchase tickets, and manage their event attendance. Event organizers can use Ora to create, promote, and sell tickets to their events. We act as an intermediary between event organizers and ticket purchasers.

User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Ticket Purchases

When you purchase tickets through Ora:

• All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated by the event organizer
• Tickets are subject to availability and may sell out
• Ticket prices may include service fees and taxes
• You are responsible for reviewing event details before purchase
• Duplicate purchases will not be automatically refunded

Ora is not responsible for event cancellations, postponements, or changes made by event organizers. Refund policies are determined by individual event organizers. See our Purchase Terms for full details.

Event Organizers

If you use Ora as an event organizer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate event information including date, time, venue, and pricing
• Honor all tickets sold through the Platform
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Obtain necessary permits, licenses, and insurance for your events
• Handle refunds and customer service for your events
• Not engage in fraudulent or misleading practices

We reserve the right to remove events or suspend organizer accounts that violate these Terms or our community guidelines.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Resell tickets in violation of applicable laws
• Create multiple accounts or share account credentials
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or security
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Platform without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Engage in ticket scalping or fraudulent transactions

Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Oryon Labs Corp and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any portion of the Platform without our express written consent.

Payment Terms

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of our payment processors. We are not responsible for any errors or issues with payment processing. All prices are displayed in the currency specified and include applicable fees unless otherwise noted.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORA AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Oryon Labs Corp and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
