Purchase Terms

Overview

These Purchase Terms govern all ticket transactions made through the Ora platform operated by Oryon Labs Corp ("Ora," "we," "us," or "our"). By completing a purchase on Ora, you agree to these Purchase Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Pricing & Service Fees

Ticket prices are set by event organizers. In addition to the face value of the ticket, purchases may include:

  • Service fee: A platform fee applied per ticket to cover payment processing and platform costs
  • Applicable taxes: Sales or VAT taxes based on the event location and applicable law

All fees are displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your purchase. Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise specified.

Order Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket(s). Your tickets will also appear in your Ora account under "My Tickets."

  • Tickets are issued electronically — you will receive a QR code for each ticket
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your tickets and QR codes
  • Duplicate ticket use is not permitted and may result in denied entry
  • Contact support immediately if you do not receive your confirmation email

Refund Policy

All sales are final by default. Refunds are only available in the following circumstances:

  • Event cancelled by organizer: A full refund including service fees will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Organizer-approved refund: Some organizers allow refunds within a specified window — check the individual event page for details
  • Duplicate purchase error: Contact us within 24 hours with proof of the duplicate transaction

Refund requests for reasons other than the above are at the sole discretion of the event organizer. Ora cannot override an organizer's refund policy.

Event Cancellations & Postponements

Event organizers are solely responsible for their events. Ora is not responsible for:

  • Event cancellations, postponements, date/venue changes, or lineup changes
  • The quality, safety, or accuracy of the event itself
  • Actions or inactions of event organizers before, during, or after an event

If an event is cancelled, we will notify you by email using the address on your account and process refunds automatically where applicable. If an event is postponed, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, check with the organizer about their postponement refund policy.

Ticket Transfers

Ora supports ticket transfers where permitted by the event organizer. To transfer a ticket:

  • Navigate to "My Tickets" in your account and select the ticket to transfer
  • Enter the recipient's email address — they must have or create an Ora account to accept
  • Transfers are final once accepted by the recipient

Ticket resale above face value (scalping) is strictly prohibited and may result in ticket cancellation without refund.

Payment Security

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Ora does not store your full payment card details on our servers. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. In the event of a payment dispute, please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues can be resolved directly.
