Join us for Sunday Flow—an open-air yoga experience at Swift House on Congress in the heart of downtown Austin. Each week features a different instructor, and this Sunday we're excited to welcome the incredible Collette Hill. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or stepping on the mat for the first time, this is your invitation to move your body, meet new people, and kick off your week feeling refreshed. **All levels are welcome.** ✨ This Sunday is extra special. Your ticket includes: * 🧘 A one-hour outdoor yoga flow with Collette Hill (mats provided) * ☕ Complimentary Horchata Latte samples from Buenos Díaz Café, with handcrafted coffee available for purchase * 💧 Water and an indoor refill station * ❄️ Access to our air-conditioned lounge and restrooms at 918 Congress * 🎁 A FREE Sendero Provisions Co. hat (a $32 value) when you visit the Vintage Vines Market after class and check in with us!: while supplies last, quantities are limited and not guaranteed for every attendee. Make a morning of it! Buenos Díaz Café will be set up inside our air-conditioned space before and after class, so grab a coffee, cool off, and hang out before heading next door when Vintage Vines Market opens at 11:00 AM. We're encouraging everyone to slow down, stay awhile, and discover something new. We provide yoga mats, but you're welcome to bring your own to layer on top for a little extra cushion.
