IT'S A SUNDAY FLOW TAKEOVER! For my Sunday Yogi's - this one is NOT that. I repeat, this is NOT YOGA. This is a Sunday you won't soon forget and you will be SURE to regret not attending if you miss out. Join Fitcidence and Swift Fit Social for RITMO Al Fresco, a 45-minute outdoor dance workout with instructor Rebekah Rinehart bringing the heat. Expect reggaeton, Latin rhythms, Afrobeats, and a whole lot of ritmo. No dance experience needed, just follow along, get sweaty, and let loose. Wear sneakers and clothes you can move in. Tickets are $10, and street parking is free on Sundays. Tickets will go fast for this one - and space is limited. And yes, you CAN come alone, we encourage it. We also encourage you to bring your friends and make a morning out of it. Dance your heart out, grab brunch, take a walk, do your thang. But it all starts right here.
