Saturday, October 10, 2026 10:00 AM–4:00 PM Lake Conroe Beach Park Spend the day by the water discovering new ways to move, reset, recharge, and feel good. Expect a mix of Pilates, barre, yoga, cycling, stretch and mobility, beauty experiences, local brands, meaningful conversations, music, food, and community. Come with your friends, your sister, your mom, or come on your own and meet new people. Take a class, explore something new, relax between experiences, discover your next favorite brand, or simply enjoy a beautiful day outside.
