The Glow Edit is a women’s wellness experience created for movement, beauty, connection, and a little time to yourself. Spend the day by the water discovering new ways to move, reset, recharge, and feel good. Expect an uplifting mix of wellness moments, beauty experiences, local brands, meaningful conversations, music, food, and community. Come with your friends, your sister, your mom, or come on your own and meet new people. You can take a class, explore something new, relax between experiences, discover your next favorite brand, or simply enjoy a beautiful day outside. Expect a feel-good mix of movement experiences, including Pilates, barre, yoga, cycling, and stretch and mobility sessions. Whether you want to build strength, break a sweat, stretch it out, or simply try something new, you’ll be able to create a Glow Day that fits your energy. You do not have to be a fitness expert.
