Account and Set Up

How do I create an account?
You can create an account by clicking "Log in / Sign up" and entering your phone number. We'll send you a verification code to complete the sign-up process.
How do I update my phone number?
Contact our support team to update your phone number. For security reasons, phone number changes require verification.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, please contact our support team. Note that deleting your account will remove all your ticket history and saved events.

Your Tickets

How do I view my tickets?
You can view all your tickets by clicking "My Tickets" in the navigation menu. Your tickets are stored digitally and can be accessed anytime.
How to buy tickets for a friend?
When purchasing tickets, you can buy multiple tickets in a single order. After purchase, you can transfer individual tickets to friends by sharing the ticket details.
How to send tickets to a friend?
You can share your ticket by opening it from "My Tickets" and using the share option to send the ticket details to a friend.
Why are your tickets stored in the app?
Storing tickets digitally ensures they're always accessible, can't be lost, and helps prevent fraud. You'll always have your tickets ready when you arrive at the event.
How to activate your tickets on the day of the event?
Your tickets are automatically active. Simply open "My Tickets", select the event, and show the QR code at the venue entrance for scanning.
How to view Event Timings?
Event timings are displayed on the event page. You can also check your ticket in "My Tickets" which shows the event date and time.

We strive to make our platform accessible to everyone. Events may offer accessible seating and accommodations. Check the event details or contact the organizer for specific accessibility information.

How do I find events near me?
Browse events on the homepage to discover upcoming events. You can filter by location, date, and event type to find what interests you.
How do I become an event organizer?
Click on "Organizer Portal" in the navigation to access the organizer dashboard. From there, you can create and manage your own events.

Payments, pricing & refunds

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. Some events may also support other payment methods.
How do refunds work?
Refund policies are set by individual event organizers. Check the event page for the specific refund policy. If eligible, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Are there any service fees?
A small service fee may be applied to tickets to cover platform costs. All fees are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Is my donation refundable?
All donations are final. This means that even if your ticket is refunded for any reason, the donation you made is non-refundable.
How is my donation used?
Your donation goes directly to the registered charity running the venue. This helps them continue to operate and support artists, events, and their local community.

The Wait List

How does the waitlist work?
If an event is sold out, you can join the waitlist. If tickets become available (through cancellations or additional release), you'll be notified in the order you joined.
How do I join a waitlist?
On sold-out events, you'll see a "Join Waitlist" button. Click it and ensure your notification settings are enabled to be alerted when tickets become available.
