Check your "My Tickets" page to see all purchased tickets. If you used a different phone number to purchase, try logging in with that number. If you still can't find it, contact our support team with your order confirmation.
My event was cancelled
If an event is cancelled, you'll receive a notification and your ticket will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Event date/time changed
If an event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date. You'll be notified of any changes. If you can't attend the new date, check the event's refund policy.
I need venue information
