Each month, we'll announce one special Sunday when Sunday Flow transforms into an unforgettable choose-your-own-vibe experience. Choose between two unique movement journeys- whether you're craving an upbeat, music-driven flow or a more intimate experience like a sound bath, a meditation, candlelight yoga, or a surprise immersive activation, before everyone comes together for The Afterglow, where the movement ends, but the experience continues. Enjoy coffee, mocktails, curated local vendors, community, and the kind of conversations that make you want to stay just a little longer.
