NAYA Studio is opening in South Austin this fall, and you’re getting an early look before the doors officially open. Class options begin at 9am! Come as early as 8:40am to check in, choose your mat, and get settled. For this special edition of Sunday Flow + Afterglow, NAYA takes over our outdoor courtyard with a 45-minute all-levels mat Pilates class led by founder + lead instructor Arumi Choudhary. Expect strength, mobility, core work, intentional movement, good music, and options throughout so everyone can move at their own level. No prior Pilates experience needed. Want to experience NAYA? Choose Outdoor Pilates with NAYA Studio when you RSVP. Prefer yoga? You can also choose Indoor Vinyasa with Christine Anderson — a heart-centered, all-levels flow designed to help you slow down, move with intention, and leave feeling grounded and reset for the week ahead. Your class, your choice. Both classes happen simultaneously at 9am, so be sure to select yours when you RSVP to ensure you get a spot in the class you are dreaming of. Then everyone comes together for Afterglow.
