STOKE FIRE x CASA ELLEVATE 🔥 We’re teaming up with CASA ellevate for a Saturday morning built around movement, recovery, music + community at The Pershing House. 🏃 10:00 AM — Stoke Fire 2-Mile Run Kick things off with an easy, social 2-mile run with the Stoke Fire crew. 🧘 CASA Recovery Pilates After the run, CASA ellevate will lead us through a recovery-focused Pilates class.
