About this event

Come join us for Power Flow At Pershing on August 22 at 9 AM at Pershing East Cafe—aka where your sweat meets your sip (did we mention there is AC?)☀️🧘‍♀️. This is a Vinyasa-style Power Flow for all levels, so whether you’re floating into your first downward dog or already crushing your chaturangas, you’ll fit right in. Each ticket includes a sweat towel and cooling towel, plus a yoga mat if needed—because we’re here to power through, not scramble around. Stick around after class for coffee, food, or good vibes, and don’t be shy: bring your friends and we’ll help you meet new ones along the way ☕😄. One lucky participant will win a free giveaway from a limited edition summer series hat from EAXE Athletics—fewer things hit harder than a new hat after a good flow.
