Who is this for?

Hava is culturally rooted in Black women's rest, joy, lineage, and lived experience. The language, rhythm, and room are shaped with Black women at the center. This is a gathering for women who honor that center and feel called into the spirit of the day.

What should I bring?

Comfortable layers. Texas mornings can be cool, afternoons warm. A favorite water bottle if you like. Anything else you need to feel at ease. Yoga mats, and light refreshments are included
