Heart + Sol Summer Series ☀️

This summer, we're taking Heart + Sol outdoors.
Join us for a 3-week immersive Pilates and breathwork series in partnership with Juicy Roots, where movement, mindfulness, and community come together for a cause.
Each Saturday, we'll gather on the lawn to move our bodies, breathe deeply, sweat together, and reconnect with ourselves. After class, stay to enjoy fresh juices and smoothies from Juicy Roots, shop local vendors, and connect with an incredible community.

Heart + Sol was created to raise funds for my son, Sol's, ongoing neurological treatments after his epilepsy diagnosis. Every ticket purchased helps support his healing journey while creating a space where our community can care for themselves, too.
