When was the last time you truly paused- not to catch up on your to-do list, but to check in with yourself? As humans, we spend so much of our time pouring into everyone else that we often forget to make space for our own hearts, mind and bodies. The halfway point (better late than never) is the perfect opportunity to slow down, celebrate your wins, release wamhat no longer serves you, and intentionally step into the months ahead with clarity and purpose. Join me for a 120- minute immersion wellness experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself through guided reflection, intentional breathwork, and meaningful community. Throughout the evening, you will be gently guided through a beautifully crafted journal filled with prompts to celebrate your growth, process what youre ready to let go of, and create a vision for the rest of the year. You'll then experience a calming breathwork journey designed to help regulate your nervous system, quiet the mind, and reconnect you with the present moment. Whether you've never tried breathwork before or have existing practice, this experience is for you. No experience necessary- just come exactly as your are!
