This ceremonial experience is an invitation to lay down what has grown heavy, to rest deeply in the body, and to make space for what is ready to emerge. Through gentle movement, sound, meditation, and simple ritual, you’ll be supported in returning to stillness and inner clarity. Each month, this gathering is shaped by the unique qualities of the current Full Moon and the season it rises within. As the lunar cycle shifts, so too does the focus of the ceremony — offering a different intention, reflection, and tone each time. The Full Moon marks a moment of ripening and release — a time to honor what has reached completion and consciously welcome what comes next. As sound moves through the body like tide and breath, the nervous system softens, the mind quiets, and deep rest becomes possible. No prior experience is needed. Come as you are, and be held by movement, sound, and moonlight. The gathering includes: · Opening & closing ritual aligned with the Full Moon · Gentle movement to awaken and release the body · Guided Full Moon meditation · Immersive sound bath · Time for rest, reflection & integration
