About this event

Together we’ll set intentions with crystals, move through a slow, accessible, meditative movement practice centered on the Third Eye Chakra and inspired by traditional Moon Salutations. Expect to cultivate presence through breath, mindful movement, and stillness. Along the way, we’ll explore the traditional mythology behind Third Eye–balancing postures, including Garuḍāsana (Eagle Pose), deepening our understanding of the symbolic wisdom woven throughout the yoga tradition.
