Mindful Mondays is part metaphysical workshop, part group, meditation, and part Social.
An opportunity for real community and relationships to form through interaction in a warm inviting environment.
Each week we have a different topic.
This week, we are exploring non-dual meditation and OM chanting.
All events begin with introductions and guided group grounding meditation.
Come explore and enjoy in community.
Note: there is a 40 person limit to this event. The community has grown, and we are exploring options for our next venue that can host a large larger gathering.
