Hosted at Swift House on Congress, Sunday Flow is a one hour yoga experience led by top instructors in a beautiful downtown venue designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect.

Limited Capacity, Exclusive, and Amazing Vibes To create a more intentional experience, attendance is limited each week and many sessions are expected to sell out.

🎟️ $10/per mat per Sunday Flow

We provide mats and water - but encourage you to bring your own mat to place on top of ours for added cushion and comfort. We have adjusted our start time to 9am for better shade throughout your experience, however, because we cannot control the sun/heat, we also recommend bringing along a towel in case the heat creates high temp mats or high speed sweating :) Don't want to bring anything with you? We got you.

Frequently asked questions

Where should I park?

We always encourage walking, rideshare, or carpooling for all events, however, downtown parking located near and around our Sunday Flow is all free on Sundays! Look for street parking on Congress, 10th, Colorado, or 9th for the closest options.

Is this dog friendly?

Due to the enclosed space and intimate setting, we ask that you leave your pups at home for this one. Be sure to check out our upcoming Wags and Wellness event though - ALL the dogs are welcome at this one!

Is this kid friendly?

All ages are welcome and all levels. Please be sure to purchase a ticket for all attendees, as space is limited.

Are there restrooms?

Yes! Restrooms are located inside of 918 Congress Avenue, our other venue and where our Afterglow event will take place on the 19th!

Should I bring anything?

We will have water and mats for everyone, but encourage you to bring your own mat to place on top of ours for more cushion! We also love bringing a towel (for sweat, for extra sun protection, or maybe to dip in some cold water and use to help stay cool! Don't want to bring anything? We got you.

Is there any coffee or anything nearby?

Some Sundays you may see us host a special little coffee pop up. During our Afterglow events, you will likely find coffee or beverage options on site after class. Otherwise, we highly recommend Fleet Coffee, just one block down from us.
